Support Abholstation availability

Some countries like germany and Austria have also the option to pickup from Abholstations "Pickup stations". Can this be added as well?

@bojomojo that might be possible but should be part of a different library as this one here only covers the storage API implementation. If you have any implementation ideas or technical details about the pickup station I’d be happy to have those details. Please open up a discussion thread.
