In this PR, which addresses comments raised in #79, I reword the package title to say "Simulating and Analysing Transmission Chain Statistics using Branching Process" instead of "Analysing Transmission Chain Statistics using Branching Process" as the former additionally captures the simulation scope of the package. I also use explicit argument matching in the function calls in the README as a better practice for a README.
