This PR closes issue #23 which was to update the data download to include a new fourth file.
Four files are now downloaded: until 06 Apr 2021, 07 Apr - 30 Sep 2021, 01 Oct 2021 - 31 Mar 2022, and 01 Apr 2022 - present.
