Add user management

Some ideas brought by other people in #63:

• user management
• admin user:
  • can see all the shares available
  • can create/delete regular users, and change their password
  • can set up max upload size for regular users
• regular users:
  • can see their created shares
• still offer the possibility to anonymously upload files, otherwise, set up a mandatory login page
