The remote files are remained open even after the connection is closed. Since the remote files have their clones locally (in a hidden folder), it feels like working with real files, and that's extremely confusing.
You can either ask to close the files, or leave them as unsaved buffers for further decision.
When restarting Codelite, these files are displayed without the "cloud" icon, and it feels like they are part of the project/workspace - very confusing. To check if the file is temporary or permanent, I have to check the tooltip over evey tab.
