Overview
--------

ARAS is a free broadcast automation system.  It provides the neccessary tools to
automate a broadcast station.

Availability
------------

The latest version of ARAS is available at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/aras/.

Documentation
-------------

The HTML documentation is included in the usr/share/doc/aras/html directory.
Manual pages are inlcuded in the usr/share/man/man5 directory.

Installation
------------

1. Unpack the distribution tarball:

        $ tar xvzf aras-<version>.tar.gz
        $ cd aras-<version>

2. Change to the directory containing the unpacked source code:

        cd aras-<version>

3. Compile the package:

        $ make

4. Install binaries, data and documentation. This step may require root
   privileges:

        $ make install

For further information on installing the package please see the file INSTALL.

enough to understand and reproduce the problem.
