In the new release the ground state can be explicitly included as well as external spectra be included in the fitting.
These spectra can be included with and without permitting changing to the spectra. In any case the spectra can be shifted and scaled.
the error calculation was sped up by reducing requirements for the local optimization to conclude.
New help function was included as an object call. With ta() a short help can be gained.
Also the formatting of the fit result was improved and is now included in the object.
Finally several bug fixes

A qt free version of KiMoPack to simplify installation and speed

A qt free version with several small updates.
In this version of KiMoPack the qt requirement was removed. In the notebooks we now use tk as the main plotting tool.
However, if the user has qt installed I recommend to change "%matplotlib tk" to "%matplotlib qt" to use the more comfortable environment

The filter tools was completely re-worked.
The summarize scans was completely reworked and allows now the use of chirp correction, of using a ta object to be passed into to use the same shaping options and most importantly it has a bunch of automatic filters that either filter out scans or single time points or single data points. the filter can either replace or remove these points from the average
I also added a workflowtools deployment function that can be called and downloads the notebooks and example data.
