Download Pylos.zip, uncompress it and run Pylos.jar.
If you are in a UNIX environment, you only need to run ./setup.sh and it will download everything for you.

Download last JME3 nightly from http://jmonkeyengine.com/nightly/ (like jME3_2011-05-09.zip)
Uncompress and import in Eclipse. It should automatically add all the needed libraries. -
jUnit: Download jUnit 4.8.2
XML -> XML Files -> Editor: indent using 2 spaces, line width: 150
