Thoughts on adding optional arguments
<duration>and<reason | oper reason>toNS SUSPEND?Also a way to list suspended accounts with expiry and reason mentioned if applicable.
I am unsure how deeply this ties in with #1135 and #1134
Justification being it adds context and temporary suspensions of accounts similar to an expiring KLINE.
Similar reasoning for having access to a list of suspended accounts.
