1. Add the bump of `stefanzweifel/git-auto-commit-action` to v5. 2. Separately declare the breaking change as both the `actions/checkout` and `stefanzweifel/git-auto-commit-action` updates cause a breaking change by virtue of upgrading the Node.js runtime to v20.

Summary
Bump
stefanzweifel/git-auto-commit-actionas a transitive action from v4 to v5. As this is a major version bump (due to the runtime bump from Node.js v16 to Node.js v20), this should be released as a pre-v1 major version bump as well.
