Environment Setup

1. Create a conda environment and activate it conda activate poob-token

2. Install eth-brownie via pip, vyper ( May need to also install the following: pip install cytoolz pip install cython

3. If CompileError vyper command not found when defining vyper version, you must fix the vyper executable PATH in vscode extension settings
