The first working version

Not even a beta, this version is fully capable to operate with one working pair of setup YAML files from one gaming system.

• Make a multi-system setup to store multiple characters from multiple systems
• Put all the setup.py major functionality into a smoother web interface
• Make the web interface easy to search/filter for characters from gaming systems
