Currently uTorrent and possibly others are supported for remote RSS

QBittorent webAPI now supports RSS
https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/WebUI-API-(qBittorrent-4.1)#rss-experimental

Can this be included for support in the QBittorent adapter
