Add python3 to required system_packages #11

Due to new python3-dev version python3 has to be updated

Hi @thundergreen, thank you for pointing that out. Indeed, we were missing the python dependency.

I'm not really sure why it was working before and now not anymore, but adding python to the system_packages fixes the problem, as you pointed out.

If you have more info on that, I would like to know the reason for that.

it worked without python as python is instaled by default.. by adding pythn it'll update the python package i guess. Nice to help out :)
