Currently mybinder is heavily under resourced and we can't really depend on mybinder.org to provide the resources on run the tutorial. But the good news is most of our tutorial should just work (tm) with JupyterLite. I also want to further look into turning this into a MyST+Thebe backed JupyterBook. I'm not sure what's the right answer here but I'll atleast convert some bits of the tutorial to jupyterlite.

A test repo without any customization to the pyodide kernel: https://github.com/MridulS/nams-lite

Had to make a bunch of changes. The repo did work pretty well at the PyCon Colombia tutorial.
