I've decided to simply sample rather than to run the full set. It is way easier and with 10% of all data, the power is awesome I am sure.
This aggregating code is better than what we had. It is still work in progress, but we are slowly approaching something which is useful and interesting.

More work on plotting. It is not ready for the new way stats work, but I am still waiting on those :) There are still some things to be sorted out, but the R code is coming out nicely.
