Would it be possible to add support to SDPARA in this package ?

I see they say "SDPARA supports only command executables, i.e., it does not support
callable library and matlab interface.", so that makes it a good fit here, since that's how we interoperate with SDPA-{GMP, DD, QD} too.

I think the biggest obstacle would be compiling the exectuable with BinaryBuilder. After that it should only require a few changes to add it here.
