Latest Linux and Windows builds (minor fixes)

This is a minor release that works on Windows 11 and Ubunutu 20.04.

Windows_Linux_binaries

Zip file contains binaries for both Windows 10 and Linux for MATLAB 10.0.

The D3d viewer attached only works with Windows
