Database Refactored

The database code was refactored in this version and there are numerous UI changes since v0.1. The v0.3 podpup data directory is not compatible with earlier versions and will cause issues if not created fresh by v0.3

Version 0.1

This release is still pre-alpha, but includes many improvements. Download concurrency is now limited, episodes that are downloaded and or bookmarked are indicated in the UI, podcasts can be unsubscribed, and there in visual feedback for refreshing podcasts. Work has also been done to facilitate future feature implementation. Finally, there is now a Windows installer.

There is still a lot of work to be done, but podpup is now what I use to listen to podcasts.

The AppImage file should be used to run on Linux. It is 64-bit only.
The exe file should be used to install on Windows.

Media keys, bookmarks, and search.

You can now search for podcasts.
Podpup remembers where you left off when listening to a pod cast.
Media play/pause key works much better
Many bugfixes

You'll need to delete existing podpup directory to use this version.

Initial code with a few bug fixes

Fixed a few bugs in the initial code to make it more useable. Still only bare functionality.
