Installation
dependencies
You will need a Twilio account and the python twilio bindings (see requirements.txt)
You need to install err:
pip install err
If you have the admin rights on an err chatbot simply use
!install err-phonevalet
in order to install the plugin. Then !help PhoneValet to see the available commands and their explanation.
