It seems that you can register to the digest but you can't unregister in "Your Profile" page.
Mails work, but if you unregister to the digest, you still receive them.

I can't reproduce this bug.

In my profile I can update my notifications by digest.

If I subscribe to digest, I received it. But if not I unreceived it.

This issue was closed.
