Compiles Eigen3, Boost, oneTBB and pagmo2 in third_party in a local folder
Usage on Linux (tested on Ubuntu 18.04) and Mac OSX (tested on x86-64 and M1 Apple Silicon, M1 ARM, Xcode) ./build_pagmo2_example.sh
Then run the binary: ./build_cmake/pagmo2_example
Usage on Windows (tested using Visual Studio 2019) build_pagmo2_example.bat
Then run the binary: build_cmake\Release\pagmo2_example.exe
