TypeError: undefined is not a function

In trying to run plato on windows 7, I'm encountering the following error, regardless of any (or no) command line parameters specified:

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

@josephrotella , I was facing same issue with NodeJS 0.12 version. But when i upgraded version to 5.0 then issue is not coming.
