Happy to announce that, with some delay due to a shuffled schedule during this Corona spring, SDScom 5.0 is ready for review. It implements the US SDS as well as a new structure for full multinational support and enhancements such as SCLs and ATE values for EU classifications, so is a big step. Still the most easy to read comprehensive SDS exchange format I think.
Please have a look! We will keep the pull request open for two weeks, until Sept. 9.
