The ORR code has been downloaded. This includes Allegrograph and BioPortal downloads (AG 4.14.1, BP 1005), and the ORR from github.org/mmisw. See comments for additional information.

Most logs from the installation processes are kept in ~graybeal on the instance. (Carlos did AG so that won't be there.) Mostly working from our individual accounts, not the c2-user account.

I pulled the ORR code from the mmisw repository, without thinking. On reflection, this is sub-optimal, as we can't make ESIP-custom changes and sync to COR repository. Will coordinate the best way to fix this with Carlos.
