Space coming before curly braces of if-else statement but not able to show the error from any rule.

Hi,

I am new in ESLint and I am using it in Angular project and I have read many rules but I am not able to remove or show warning if there are space coming before curly braces of statement like below image (When I run command ng lint)

Here are my ESLint rules which I've used. Please help me how can I achieve this. @nzakas Can you also help in this please.
