What changes did you make? (Give an overview)
Created an initial version of the "Migrate to v9.0.0" guide and added it into the navigation.
Note that I purposely did not include every change we're making in v9, as I'd like to have everyone contribute as PRs are merged to reduce the burden on any one single person.
(In future major versions, we should probably start with a blank migration guide and then every PR can add its info into it.)
