Release-As: 4.1.2

Normally, release-please only considers fix, feat, and any tag ending in ! to correspond to user-visible patch, minor, or major (respectively) "releasable units". I don't happen to have any of those queued up to give us an excuse for a release, but we can use the tag above to trigger a release anyway. This PR will not by itself create a release, but it will cause release-please to open the release PR that I'll then merge to create the release.
