Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

On the ESPHome PMSX003 page it suggests that the PMS5003ST only supports pm_2_5, temp, humidity and formaldehyde but the datasheet mentions pm_1_0, pm_2_5, pm_10_0, temp, humidity and formaldehyde.

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

I'm about to order the unit, but would like to make use of all 6 sensors. Is it possible?
