Using the notification center in EspoCRM is a real mess when you have a lot of records and entities, email notification may get lost and user may not know they have received a new email
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like a total count of emails on the navbar, like how it happens with phones today, if that's not possible, maybe just a red dot when you have unread emails would be another solution, this could be useful for other entities as well :)
Another alternative may be to use popups instead of notifications.
But I think the best solution would be a dedicated notification center just for emails with an icon in the top navbar, it could also have a badge showing the number of unread emails for the user just like the notifications center, like this:
