When clicking Compose Email from the Activities panel on a Base Plus entity type, an email address will be filled from a related record. Only Belongs-To and Has-One relations are supported.

An entity type priority list (the first met record will be used):

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead
  • Person and Company entity types
