Regression from v8.1.0.

  1. Log in as a regular user who has access to Campaigns.
  2. Create Campaign.
  3. Create a Mass Email for the Campaign. Select a group email account.
  4. Save.

Error occurred. "No foreign record access for link operation" in log.
