Fixed the problem of an incorrect gateway address when the DHCP server did not provide the address / mask when renewing the address.
If, when refreshing the lease, the DHCP server did not pass the mask, use the previous one, if there is an IP lease.

This PR fixes the problem described in #348. It occurs when the DHCP server does not pass the gateway address during renewal. Below is an example of a frame with which the DHCP client has problems without this fix.
