Clipboard not working on UWP

To reproduce:

• go to http://geojson.io
• draw a polygon that represents an area to create a TPK of
• copy the code to clipboard
• paste (ctrl+v) the code onto the Tile Package Kreator map

This paste will work only once in a session. no further pastes will work (even of the same clipboard content) until the app is closed and reopened.

Windows Universal will not be supported. Instead, MSIX files will be created from the Windows build, and made available in the Microsoft Store.
