Add UK countries as dependent territories in inclusion rules
Rename "Australia (Oceania)" to "Oceania" and add country info
Fix spelling of Nur-Sultan in Spanish
According to the latest changes of the Ukrainian capital Wikipedia page rename it Kyiv.
Rename Kiev -> Kyiv (Official Name)
(As noticed by @axelboc.)
It only converts from the English crowdanki deck.
