Idea for new feature: Add support to spfx-fast-serve #13

It would be beneficial for the SPFx devs if this extension would support spfx-fast-serve.

This would mean two new tasks in the list:

Init spfx-fast-serve (run the spfx-fast-serve command, then npm i)
Fast serve (run npm run serve)
