The title attribute is used by the browser to set a tooltip when hovering a cell. Using it to set the table header is adding a functionality to that default behaviour, which I don't think it's desirable, if someone wants to have a tooltip different than the header or no tooltip at all. A simple renaming or prefixing is enough for fixing though.
