I've searched the issues here, looked at the README and checked out https://eta.js.org/docs, but I can't find any resources describing the 2.x to 3.x CHANGELOG or migration documentation.

The only reason I want to upgrade is to be sure I'm not vulnerable to GHSA-xrh7-m5pp-39r6.
