Should be possible to build on Mac, but clang is getting hung up on namespaces. If someone figures it out, please close this issue and provide tips in README.md.

Admittedly on M2 mac, so this might be an ARM specific thing, but as long as I drop all the SSE optimizations (x86-only) and stop trying to link openmp (which we don't use), the build went fine.
