Error when installing ete3 in MacOX

Hi,

I'm trying to install ete3 on MacOX by following the instructions in: http://etetoolkit.org/download/. However I get the following error message:

$ conda install -c etetoolkit ete3 ete_toolchain
...

I have the same issue on a Linux system. Seems like python is getting deleted somehow from my ete3/bin directory.
