[NEW] An interface to interact with MolochDAO contracts

Introduction

My name is Santi and I'm a hacktivist with some coding skills from Argentina (currently based in Madrid).

• Who you are:

I'm a developer and researcher from democracy.earth.

• What you do:

I implement democratic pilots with organizations of different kinds (political parties, government, decentralized networks). Recently I worked on the first Quadratic Voting implementation for a US government with the State of Colorado

• How you got first into Ethereum:

I got into Ethereum after many frustrations of trying to do stuff with Bitcoin (including a shadow referendum in Hong Kong storing votes on the bitcoin blockchain using the root of a Merkle Tree in the OP_RETURN of transactions.. got hacked anyway by the Chinese). Been in crypto since 2011.

• What brings you to ETHBerlin:

The revoutionary spirit.

Idea description

At democracy.earth we have built a general purpose governance dapp known as Sovereign. We are in the process of supporting the browsing and interaction with multiple kinds of DAO contracts, starting with MolochDAO, HumanityDAO and MakerDAO among others.

The app is built with Meteor using Web3 and all the UX is pretty much done. We want to now adapt the tool to work with DAOs live on the mainnet. We think that working on adapting the app to specifically support reading MolochDAO will help us also eventually browse the activity happening with Meta_Cartel and other similar forks done with the Moloch contract.
