Explanation from Micah on why he is such a dick about everyone following the process and no one getting special treatment or allowing certain things to bypass the rules.

I think it would be good to get this on record more formally, rather than in the individual comments I leave as PR feedback everywhere. I have been getting into conflict with many people on this topic lately.
