Summary of the decisions at the JSON RPC calls:

  1. Spec what is there, make no changes.
  2. each endpoint should be specified separately (no module level spec, no JSON RPC level spec) and then the aggregations should link to those specs
  3. tests wherever possible should be added to Ethereum Tests
  4. machine readable spec to be done with OpenRPC
  5. Eth 1.x SPec page and Ethereum.org to host info
  6. eth module to be handled first
  7. any client-specific modules should not be overly specified (much flexibility should be left)
  8. transport (WS / http / IPC) should not necessarily be in the spec
  9. there should be a base spec like EIP-1474 referred to

Could we add this item from the ACD issues to the agenda? ethereum/pm#264 (comment)

I think this would be best discussed on EIPIP and when we agree to a step forward, we can mention it on AllCoreDevs.
