Should we discuss how we want to go about starting to fund EIP editors? What should the rate be? How do we onboard/offboard people? etc.

I have some updates

• EIPs bot is live

• @eip-bot is now the defacto bot of the ethereum/EIPs repo (I am a real girl again)

• @DockBoss will be working with me on JSON RPC to speed up production

• Delivery for JSON RPC MVP will be delayed due to training Jared taking precedence

• I want to do a section every session until JSON RPC is done where I offer insight into my priority for which endpoints get done first, this will let others ask me to prioritize certain endpoints ahead of others in cases like 1559

The following endpoints are planned for edgecasing between this meeting and next, the priorities are open to change upon request (why I will be bringing them up during the meeting).

travis-ci (a testing tool on the EIPs repo) is no longer working which is blocking the EIPs repo. This appears to be because we need to migrate to travis-ci.com from travis-ci.org. I have created a ticket ethcatherders/PM#199 but we need someone with ethereum admin rights to approve the request to migrate. this has been resolved
