1. Evolving EIP process

• Core EIP - changes wrt to the Consensus Specification & the Merge

• ERCs - revisiting to access the need for process change

2. EIPs site rendering issue with linking to other EIP

• EIP-3675: Upgrade consensus to Proof-of-Stake

3. EIP-bot

• proper representation of EIP
• does a user get a specific message about why a pull request failed checks

4. New EIP/ERC editors (in-training) progress

5. JSON RPC API spec progress update

6. Progress on 'canonical source for EIPs' WIP doc

7. Review action items from the previous meetings

• A bot tracking inactivity period and changing the state of the proposal Ref issue #73

Update on JSON RPC progress :

• we are nearly done collecting the necessary data to write edgecases and are well into finalizing drafts to begin the client review process
• the openrpc spec needs another review from lightclient

We will begin reaching out to clients to begin the review process soon

Blockers:
Finalizing the format for the edgecases in the openrpc spec. This requires that we first merge in the previously discussed openrpc spec in and then I will open another discussion on this point.

Consensus takes a long time to collect. So if this is not solved prior to data completion we will create a fork and then open pull requests against it to collect client consensus. It's important that this begin at soon as possible.

I am going to be unavailable for the meeting, but in lieu of my absence I'll update a bit about the bot :

• leave an issue in the EIP bot repo for any features or bugs
• I recently fixed a few bugs (author is editor, Micah's reviews not being recognized, and an EIP in a non auto merge able status not mentioning authors)
• I recently fleshed out the testing approach (unit and integration) and built the necessary tools. This took a lot of effort but will prove valuable

This is discussed in ECH for prioritization, but feel free to recommend async any features for the bot or otherwise that I should be taking in as priority

I'm just always too swamped with stuff to make any significant progress on this item in the agenda:
6. Progress on 'canonical source for EIPs' WIP doc
so I'm thinking we should just remove this, at least for now.
