I should make it but in case I don't and to remind myself if I don't

Since last time for ECH Engineering:

  • addressed comments / feature requests for stagnant bot
  • merged stagnant bot
  • (bug) fixed not mentioning editors on changing of status
  • (feature) the bot now comments when an exception occurs

Goals moving forward (assuming funding, which I think was secured):

  • fix remaining bugs (2 more remaining)
  • multi-file linting
  • mention specific editors for different types of EIPs

outstanding questions:

  • will the bot be obsolete in 6 months? (should I write tests)
