Last editor update appears to have been ~9 months ago.

(I do not know who the current editors are to make a PR.)

I would like to prune the list a bit more than #4368 did. Just left a comment over there but will repost here as I think this is a more appropriate venue to discuss:

I feel like you should have to do editorial work at at some regular frequency (monthly or something) and not just one cherry picked comment to maintain a position in the "current" list. The only people I have seen do any editorial work (authoring EIPs doesn't count) are axic, lightclient, MicahZoltu.

+1 it also helps shows that there's opportunity for others (new) to join as such an editor (rather than seeing 8 names and think it is plenty).

Also, maybe near the end of https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-1#eip-editor-responsibilities there should be something that clarifies that 3 editors is on the minimal side, rather than the ideal side, to encourage other potential editors who may want to start actively working.

Hmm, maybe add a "" to the list, to make it clear that there is room for growth?
