Won't be able to attend, sorry. Please ping me on Gitter or via here if you need something from the libp2p community!

BTW – happy to organise 1:1 calls as well with groups that need some kind of support or mentorship ✨ @djrtwo – please mention this in the call if you get a chance!

'I think I'm going to stop working on gossipsub as it seems that it will not get funded.'

I'm going to look for a job. I'm pretty disappointed with the Ethereum Foundation for not supporting me at all after a year and a half of contributing to the community, with docs, reviewing research, implementing sharding with Drops of Diamond (deprecated), and implementing gossipsub, only for my work to be unfunded, deprecated with the changing of the spec, and/or overridden. If the Ethereum Foundation wants to support me going forward they can contact me. I'm not going to keep working unpaid, trying to get a grant, only to fail with two projects, either to be told by the grants team that they want to see more progress, or contradictorily that they only award grants prospectively. While I can understand the perspective, I can't continue working unpaid, it has to be remunerated or there has to be a contract signed and agreed on before commencing work.
