Tutorials template extra padding

Describe the bug

There's too much padding at the top of the tutorials template.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ethereum.org/en/developers/tutorials/testing-smart-contract-with-waffle/ for example
2. See padding bug

Expected behavior

There shouldn't be excess padding at the top. This padding is a different color to the background so should be easy to stop.
