Remove, replace, and update links on desci page

Removed, replaced, and renamed URLs on ethereum.org's DeSci page as specified in #12081

Replace URLs in the following resources:
a. "Molecule: Fund and get funded for your research projects" to https://www.molecule.xyz/
b. Fleming Protocol: open-source data economy that fuels collaborative biomedical discovery to http://flemingprotocol.io/
c. OceanDAO: DAO governed funding for data-related science into https://oceanprotocol.com/
d. Molecule’s Biopharma IP-NFTs - A Technical Description to https://www.molecule.xyz/blog/molecules-biopharma-ip-nfts-a-technical-description

Rename the following resource:
a. Active Inference Lab to Active Inference Institute

Remove
a. The Emergence of Biotech DAOs (I cannot find the article on Molecule's new blog)

Removed duplicate URLs on the same page as specified in #11519

for better visualisation, I have added some screenshots on links that are duplicated on the "get involved" section:
